Cancellations
In consideration of our clients and stylists, please give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Chemical services require a minimum of 48 hours in advance. If you fail to call or show, we must charge 50% of any unkept service or deposit that was given for chemical service prior to the booked appointment.
Policies & Appointments

We recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can accommodate your wishes. All chemical service appointments will require a deposit before booking. Deposit made for services is refundable or transferable if canceled or rescheduled in the 48 hour time frame of your appointment. We require a deposit for all chemical services due to the lengthy appointments and respect for our stylists and their time.</em>
